We will inform you about your possibilities and direct you to other counselling centres that can further help you.

Just come to our counselling centre at the Wegweiser Bildung am Münsterplatz or to the places in the Stadtteile (districts). We counsel by telephone, mail, messenger, chat and video chat. Our guidance is neutral, anonymous and free.
Presently we counsel in seven languages: German, English, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian. If you need a translation in another language, get in touch with us.

We are happy to come to an existing group or to your institution for counselling.
